Compact Grout Plant IC 325CCP

IC 325CCP is a compact, high-performance injection system designed for use under extreme conditions in pressurized water zones. For the first time, the system enables combined processing of cement suspension and 2-component polyurethane (PU) in a fully integrated system.

Key Features CCP

high-performance injection system

Sustainable

Material usage and performance tailored to requirements

Process reliability

Automated control minimizes errors

Economical

PU as required – less consumption, less effort
Material reduction:

The targeted addition of 2K polyurethane to the cement matrix significantly reduces the overall requirement for reactive synthetic resins – without compromising performance in terms of sealing or structural integrity

Reduction in re-injections:

The high reactivity and coordinated interaction of the CCP components enable effective sealing and cavity filling in the first injection cycle. This significantly reduces additional work cycles

Minimized transport costs:

The compact design of the system enables resource-saving transport and flexible installation even in confined spaces

System compatibility & energy efficiency:

The system integrates with existing plant infrastructure and requires only minimal modifications. This minimizes disposal and energy costs while extending the service life of existing machinery

Durability of the sealing:

The hybrid material combination ensures a robust, volume-stable and adaptable injection structure – suitable for long-term effective building waterproofing under variable load conditions

Injection Methods & Flexibility
The IC 325CCP supports three different injection methods in one system:

Pure cement suspension
Pure 2K polyurethane injection
CCP method (Combined Cement PU): Combination of cement and PU for permanent sealing and soil stabilisation

The mixing ratio between PU and cement is fully adjustable and can be tailored to the geological site conditions.

Control & mixing technology
A special feature of the IC 325CCP is its precise control and reliable mixing technology – thanks to the integration of strong technology partners:

WIWA K2 pump: High-pressure pump for precise dosing and control of the injection components
RASCOR static mixer: Ensures uniform, reliable mixing of the PU components – even under changing pressure conditions

Control is automated via real-time log data analysis, which ensures consistently high injection quality and complete process traceability. All parameters (pressure, mixing ratio, flow rate) can be set intuitively via the user interface.
